A program designed to expand broadband adoption among low-income American households with at least one child eligible to free or reduced price school lunches in Public, Charter or Parochial Schools. Home Schooled children participating in SNAP, TANF or FDPIR programs are also eligible. Once in the program, participants receive fast, affordable Internet service for $9.95/mo + tax, the option to purchase a computer for just $150 and access to free digital literacy training.
