The Stony Brook Grist Mill & Museum will celebrate the last day of the 2016 summer season on August 27 with the annual Cornbread Festival. Sample a piece of fresh baked cornbread topped with a dab of raspberry butter – delicious! Then buy some Stony Brook Gristmill fresh ground organic cornmeal for fall and winter baking. The mill is open from 10 a.m until 2 p.m. Admission is free.
