Special Town Meeting to Consider the Acquisition of the Cape Cod Sea Camps Still On for Sunday September 26th at 1pm
Despite morning rain showers, Special Town Meeting to consider the acquisition of the Cape Cod Sea Camps will still take place today, Sunday September 26, 2021 at 1pm. Check in will begin at noon. Due to the inclement weather over the last few days, we recommend that you wear appropriate footwear in addition to bringing water and sunscreen. We regret to inform you that child care will not be available on Sunday.
The Select Board has scheduled a Special Town Meeting to be held outdoors at the Stony Brook Elementary School ballfield. This meeting has been postponed to 1pm on Sunday September 26 due to weather concerns with check-in beginning at noon. Voters will be asked to consider and vote on three warrant articles related to the potential Town acquisition of the two Cape Cod Sea Camps properties. A copy of the warrant can be viewed here.
