Covid Vaccine Clinic on Tuesday June 7 from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
The Caring Nurses, in conjunction with Whole Health Pharmacy, will be offering a Free Covid Vaccine Clinic at Brewster Baptist Church on Tuesday June 7th from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm in Fellowship Hall.
Who is ELIGIBLE:
INITIAL shot: This is for either the 1st or 2nd dose: ages 12 and older for Pfizer and ages 18 and older for Moderna.
BOOSTER Shot:
First Booster: Everyone ages 12 years and older can get 1 booster after completing their initial covid vaccine primary series. It must be 5 months since you completed your series of 2 initial shots.
Second Booster:
- It must be at least 4 months since your FIRST booster.
- Age 50 or older
- Everyone ages 12 years and older who are moderately or severely IMMUNOCOMPROMISED
- People who got 2 doses (1 primary dose and 1 booster) of Johnson & Johnson Jansen vaccine
Although children ages 5 to 11 are now eligible to receive the vaccine & booster 5 months after their initial Pfizer vaccination series, we are NOT able to offer these shots at this clinic as it’s given at a different concentration.
Preparing for your vaccine appointment:
Please bring the signed consent form, your Covid vaccine card. and insurance card. Wear a short-sleeved shirt. Plan to stay 15 minutes after receiving your vaccine.
