The Barnstable County Department of Health and Environment offers a helpline for COVID related questions, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, at 1-774-330-3001. 

Due to current public health data and state restrictions, Town offices are closed to the public until further notice.

Charter Committee Hosts Public Forums

The Charter Committee recently hosted two public forums seeking resident feedback on the draft Town Charter document that has been developed over the past 2 years.  Members of the Charter Committee provided an overview of the proposed Charter document,fielded questions, and asked for input from attendees.

As a reminder, the Charter will address the structure and powers of Brewster town government, including election procedures, the legislative and executive branches, town administration, multi-member bodies, financial provisions, and more.  The Town plans to bring the Charter to Town Meeting for a vote in Spring 2021.  Additional information about the charter can be found here: https://www.brewster-ma.gov/committees-mainmenu-29/charter-committee.
