The Barnstable County Department of Health and Environment offers a helpline for COVID related questions, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, at 1-774-330-3001. 

Due to current public health data and state restrictions, Town offices are closed to the public until further notice.

Brewster Literary Evening 10/18/18

The Brewster Cultural Council invites Brewster writers to read from their original work - poetry, fiction, and non-fiction - on Thursday, October 18, 2018, 7 p.m. at the Brewster Ladies’ Library. A reception will follow. This event is Co-Sponsored by the Brewster Cultural Council and the Brewster Ladies’ Library

Guest Speaker: Sharon Leder, author of The Fix – A Father’s Secrets, A Daughter’s Search. The Fix was a finalist for Merrimack Media’s Outstanding Writer Award (2015) and is Benjamin Franklin Silver Award winner, Best New Voice-Fiction (2017).

Writers interested in reading from their work can click here to download an application in PDF format or obtain an application at the Brewster Ladies’ Library, Children’s Desk, 1822 Main Street, Brewster 02631 OR Brewster Cultural Council, Town Hall, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA 02631. Applications are to be returned to these 2 locations also. Readings will be limited to 5 minutes each. Time allows for a maximum of 12 readers. Please apply early!
