This new class is designed to teach beginners, learn to adjust the postures according to their own body needs, using a chair as support for the poses. If you would like to try Yoga but feel you can’t participate in traditional Yoga sessions, this class is for you!
We are offering a FREE session on Tuesday, June 8th at 11am. The class will be run by Araci Gomes, a certified Yoga instructor. Please contact the COA at 896-2737 to reserve your spot. If there is enough interest, we will offer a class this summer running for 6-8 weeks in July and August at $10.00/class.
