Brewster Town Administrator Search Committee Launches Efforts

The quest to find Brewster’s next Town Administrator has begun. The Town Administrator Search Committee, a team of five Brewster residents, started their work on November 15. They will assess candidates and make recommendations to the Select Board with the assistance of Community Paradigm Associates, a Plymouth-based municipal executive search firm. The Search Committee will evaluate applicant résumés in early December, and then will hold interviews with top candidates. The Search Committee expects to present three or four candidates to the Select Board by the end of December or early January 2019. The Select Board will conduct final interviews in a public meeting and select the next Town Administrator.
