Open Position: Human Resources Generalist

The Town of Brewster seeks qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Generalist for the Human Resources Department. Position is responsible for providing a range of professional and administrative duties relating to a wide variety of functions within the HR Department. Duties include but are not limited to; administer and coordinate employment applications, interviews, Family Medical Leave Act, workers compensation, and policies and trainings; assists in conducting employee orientation and onboarding and maintains and audits confidential personnel and office files and databases; assists in the administration of the annual wage & salary program; tracks & coordinates the payment of department bills and expenditures. Associates Degree and 1-3 years of Human Resources and/or administrative experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. This is a part-time 19 hour a week, Grade I, Personnel Bylaw position, with a starting pay range of $24.47 - $25.96 per hour.  Please send cover letter, resume and Town employment application to Susan Broderick, employment@brewster-ma.gov.
